As you start and continue on, groups of characters from Warrior Cats will appear on the screen. Pick one or more of these characters and press the "Pick" button. If there are none, feel free to press the "Pass" button! Soon enough your favourite battle cats will appear under the "Found Favourites" text.
Realistically (and hopefully), this picker is pretty accurate, provided you pick consistently, you'll correctly get your second favorite second, even if it's pitted against your absolute favorite early on. You are also able to reorganise any characters you feel may be in the incorrect placing any time throughout the picker.
Due to there being such a large amount of books in the franchise alongside with a lot of people not having read all of them, you are able to select certain arcs/eras of the series. In summary, this should only show you characters that were introduced in the book categories you selected. However, cats such as Jayfeather for example, will only show up if you have the 'Power of Three' box selected as that was the first era he was most prominent in.
NOTE: Currently I am revamping a lot of the character thumbnails as well as moving artists around. Because of this, some icons may be adjusted slightly different to others.
Field Guides include Code of the Clans, Secrets of the Clans, The Ultimate Guide alongside any other books with a similar format to those mentioned.
Prequels include Bluestar's Prophecy, StormClan's Folly, Mapleshade's Vengenance alongside all other books that take place before TPB.
Modern SkyClan Books include Firestar's Quest, SkyClan's Destiny, Hawkwing's Journey alongside any other books that take place after modern SkyClan is rebuilt.
Feel free to include and exclude any of the options based on what you have or haven't read or if a certain era of characters just doesn't appeal to you. And, if you are looking to avoid spoilers of recent books regarding any new character and/or name changes, I highly recommend not selecting the 'New Releases' option. Unselecting this will remove any characters who have been introduced or had their name changed in books that have released in the past 3 months! Although it is worth mentioning that I tend to update the picker quite soon after any book releases but any spoilers will be located within this category. No books are currently listed here.
